Kirk was well known for his research on Third Energy, a clean energy source derived from atmospheric ionization, and was assumed dead following an accident at his lab in 2006. infiltrated the Borginian Republic's advanced weapons research complex on Ibis Island. Despite setbacks at the beginning of the mission, including the deaths of two of his team members, Cooper and Tom, Gail and the remaining agents, Regina and Rick, located Kirk and escaped the island. Gail, however, had a secret mission objective unknown to Regina or Rick: discover and collect all details regarding the use of the facility's energy program as a weapon. Their mission was to locate and retrieve Edward Kirk, an energy researcher leading the facility's program.
In 2009, Gail led his team to a research facility located on Ibis Island. Due to psychological trauma stemming from a failed mission, Gail often operated alone, allowing the other agents to complete objectives in any way they could with limited advice. However, continued to serve as any other agent and entered dangerous areas. An experienced agent, he was a team leader and directed the progress of missions. Gail is an agent of the Secret Operation Raid Team, an espionage organization under the direct control of a "certain nation's" government.

They really didn't take many liberties when bringing her over and the other elements of Dino Crisis. The team at Capcom Vancouver did a great job transitioning her character from DC1 & 2. This inclusion marks her 2nd playable appearance in character in a crossover (With the first being Namco X Capcom in 2015), and the 3rd major appearance of Dino Crisis as a series in a crossover (With that being the Regina Cosplay in Dead Rising Super Ultra in 2014). But seems Puzzle Fighter doesn't have such a feature. I looked to see if perhaps there was any text detailing the series or character. This should be everything covered for Regina's and Dino Crisis's appearance in Puzzle Fighter.
